This app. helps maintain various attendances records for people gathering events such as company fire drills, army or police exercises, classroom, working crew, tourist groups as well as party activities. It organizes people by groups and attendance on events/incidents. A group could be a class of students, a department in a company, a working crew, a group of tourists or a unit of army soldiers or policemen. A persons attendance records will be gathered and reported or emailed. An incident could be a fire drill on a particular day, a class session in a morning, a tour to the great wall or a church outing on Sunday afternoon. A person can belong to various groups which is a feature most other apps dont offer.

It also has a tracking tools showing on the map where you have been or where your team member are. It can be used for checking for the past activities of your kids, your trainee, etc. The tracking can be keep running while app is in the background (Disclaimer: "Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.")

The trail also records the gasoline consumption factor and driving habit factor along with other information of the trail.

Your trails and other peoples trails can also be shared with each other via email, SMS, or any text messaging tools.

It also has tools for note keeping, timer, and reminders that lets you keep things planned and reminded all the time without having to connected to the internet.

Best of all, it allows to plot saved trails such those of well-known touring places so you wont get lost in a park, backup and restore your trail data, your attendance records, application data as well as contact information in groups/departments all via email without worrying about losing them in case you lose your phone which in turn allows you to share them between phones of different owners/brands
